Cancellation Policy

Introduction Welcome to GB Mindset. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website www.gbmindset.co.uk and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services. Services GB Mindset offers coaching, personal development resources, and related services. The details of our offerings, including pricing and duration, are outlined on our website. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our discretion. Booking and Payments -All coaching sessions must be booked via our official booking platform. - Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed. - Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled without penalty. No-shows or late cancellations may forfeit the session fee. Coaching Packages - The Mini Package includes 6 sessions for £325, to be used within 3 months from the date of purchase. - The Maxi Package includes 12 sessions for £625, to be used within 6 months from the date of purchase. - Unused sessions within the package expiration period will be forfeited unless an extension is granted. - In extenuating circumstances, GB Mindset may extend the package duration on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Client Responsibilities - Clients must provide accurate personal information when signing up. - Coaching services are not a substitute for medical, legal, or financial advice. - Clients are responsible for their own progress and implementation of strategies discussed in coaching sessions. Refund Policy - Refunds are not provided for completed sessions. - Requests for refunds due to unforeseen circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. - Coaching packages are non-refundable once the first session has commenced. Intellectual Property - All content, materials, and resources provided by GB Mindset, including but not limited to website content, courses, and coaching materials, are owned by GB Mindset. - Users may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any content without express permission. Limitation of Liability - GB Mindset is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. - Coaching outcomes are dependent on the client's effort and commitment. Confidentiality - Any personal information shared during coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential. - Exceptions apply if disclosure is required by law or to prevent harm.
